ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
To give you total peace of mind we've made check-in contactless. Your Beach Retreat will be ready from 4pm and your key can be collected from the secure lock-box right next to the front door. You will receive the lock-box access code on your day of arrival.
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your Beach Retreat by 9am to allow for our thorough cleaning procedures. Once you are packed and ready, please return your key to the lockbox location and our Housekeeping Team will begin cleaning ready for our next guests.

What amenities are included in my stay?
We provide all bedding and bed linen, one bath towel per person, tea towels and a dishcloth. A hairdryer, small iron and ironing board are also provided. All kitchens consist of a kettle, microwave, toaster, electric hob & oven. We cannot be held responsible for the safety testing of own appliances when used within the Beach Retreats whilst staying with us.

Where are the Beach Retreats located?
Do we have to pay a deposit to book?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to book your Beach Retreat accommodation, with full payment taken 7 weeks before arrival. Should you wish to book an arrival date within the next 7 weeks, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
In the event of cancellation for self-catering accommodation, deposits are non-refundable and full payment will be retained if cancelled within 7 weeks of arrival. In the event that you decide, whilst staying with us, to leave before your confirmed date of departure there can be no refund for days not taken.
Are the Beach Retreats dog friendly?
Yes, dogs are welcome to stay with you in any ground floor self-catering Beach Retreat. A charge of £50 per week for up to two dogs applies. Please be sure to pack your dog's favourite bed and bowl. Is parking included at the Beach Retreats?
We have a number of unallocated parking spaces at the Beach Retreats and your booking includes parking for one car. Please note, we require any additional vehicles to park in our overflow car park during busy times. We regret we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused to vehicles or their contents whilst parked.
How do we get in touch with the Reception Team?
If you have any queries with regards to your accommodation, we have a dedicated Reception Team at our sister property, they can be contacted on 01271 870 388 from 7am until 11pm. After this time you will be transferred to our Night Manager on duty.
