Right in the heart of the village, yet nicely tucked away, this little cluster of homes is just a flip and a flop from the sands of Woolacombe Beach. HOW TO FIND THE BEACH RETREATS
The Beach Retreats are located in the centre of Woolacombe village, just a short stroll from the sandy Woolacombe Beach. The walk back from the beach is slightly up-hill, but isn’t too punishing.
Once you arrive in Woolacombe, drive along South Street, turning left at the children’s playground. Our self-catering Beach Retreats are ahead and signalled with our beautiful beach hut display. The first retreats you will see are the Beach Retreat Flats. These are in small duplex blocks facing West, with the parking centrally located.
To reach the Beach Retreat Apartments, simply carry on a few yards, and you will reach a second parking area. From here you will be able to see the Mini Lido and the apartments that surround it in a horseshoe shape. There is further parking behind the apartments.

PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
BY ROAD:
From junction 27 on M5 take the third exit and follow signs for A361 to Barnstaple. Follow the signs for Ilfracombe. Take the dual carriageway to Braunton (note 50mph speed limit). Stay on A361 to Mullacott Cross roundabout, take the first exit and follow signs to Woolacombe. When you approach the 20mph speed limit into Woolacombe, take the first left and from there you will find South Street where the Beach Retreats are located. BY RAIL:
Trains from the Midlands, Bristol and London Paddington to Tiverton Parkway, which is approximately one hour away. From there we highly recommend using E-Zee Cabs taxi service for your onward journey to us.
