HOW MUCH DOES A SELF-CATERING STAY IN NORTH DEVON COST?
We want to make planning for your self-catering holiday in Woolacombe as simple and simple as possible, and that includes helping you plan your holiday budget. Our self-catering prices are based on seasonality, offering you the best value for a coastal escape throughout the year. Furthermore, the longer you stay, the more you save!
Please note that as our accommodation can have specific changeover days, the prices below are a guide. If your stay overlaps two different rate periods, the price will be a combination of the two. Our online booking system will always provide you with an exact price for your chosen dates.
7+ NIGHT SELF-CATERING HOLIDAYS

Please note: In July and August stays can only be booked in multiples of 7 nights (i.e. 7, 14, 21 nights, etc), with check-ins on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
Prices shown are for 7 nights.
Dog-friendly stays: Up to two dogs can stay with you for just £70.00 per week (ground floor accommodation for easy access).
3-6 NIGHT SELF-CATERING HOLIDAYS
Outside the high season (July and August - which require a 7-night minimum), a 3-night minimum stay applies, with flexible check-in days.
Prices shown are per night.
Dog-friendly stays: Up to two dogs can stay with you for just £10.00 per night (ground floor accommodation for easy access).
¹ Prices for the Easter school holidays are charged at the June 'Mid Season' rate; a supplement applies to the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
² Prices for the May Half-term holiday are charged at the July 'High Season' rate.
³ For Christmas, a minimum 4-night stay applies from 23rd to 27th December, at a set rate of £640.00 for both Flats and Apartments.

If you are booking more than 7 weeks in advance, you can secure your stay with a small deposit of just 25% of the total price. This will give you peace of mind and allow you to pay the remaining balance closer to your arrival. To find your perfect dates and get a confirmed price, you can use our online booking facility.
